Trusted Protection For Small To Midsize Businesses With Value-Based Billings
When small to midsize businesses, business owners and professionals find themselves involved in contested legal matters in their line of business, they turn to me, attorney Heather Cross, founder of The Cross Law Firm. My firm provides freelance services in litigated matters to other law firms and advocacy in a wide range of business matters.
All the firm’s services are performed using the legal project management method and the value-based billings approach. This means that I work with each client to determine the legal problem they may be facing and what their ideal resolution may be. Then, I map out the most efficient, cost-effective means of reaching the optimal result for you. In this way, the firm can determine what the legal fee will be in advance and upfront, often allowing clients to stay on budget with their legal expenses.
The Cross Law Firm is the only litigation firm in Louisiana built entirely around the value-based billings and protection of the interests of small and midsize businesses. Though the firm is based in the Baton Rouge metro area, it handles cases involving insurance recovery and commercial and business litigation matters throughout the entire state of Louisiana, including in Lafayette and the surrounding areas.
No attorney can guarantee the outcome of any legal matter, but at The Cross Law Firm I guarantee that every client will know the price of representation.
